Kingston Transit Service Alert – September 3, 2024 – Road closure – Union Street (2)
Until further notice, Union remains closed at Victoria, and University remains closed north of Union. From University / Earl, West Campus-bound Route 17W buses will detour right to Earl, left to Alfred, left to Union, right to University, right to Stuart, left to Albert, right to King, right to Sir John A. Macdonald, and left to Union. Buses will service a temporary stop at Union / University, and stops at Ellis Hall, Stuart / Albert, King / Beverley, The Isabel / Tett Centres, King / Alwington, and King / Sir John A. Macdonald (Route 31 stop east of the intersection). From West Campus, Main Campus-bound buses will detour right to Sir John A. Macdonald, left to King, left to Albert, and right to Union. Buses will service stops at King / Sir John A. Macdonald, King / Pembroke, The Isabel / Tett Centres, and temporary stops at Albert / Stuart and Union / University.
