Public Meeting - Interim Control Bylaw

The public meeting will include a briefing from staff and an opportunity for the public to ask questions and provide comments. In order to allow everyone an opportunity to ask questions or provide comments, a professional facilitator has been hired to run the meeting and oral submissions will be limited to 3 minutes.

Meeting Format

  • 5:30 p.m. Doors open
  • 6 to 7 p.m. A briefing from staff followed by questions from the public about the presented material.
  • 7 to 9 p.m. Verbal submissions from the community.

If you would like to speak at the meeting, please sign up at the door. You will receive a ticket indicating your speaking order. When your number is called ou will have three minutes to address your concerns. Please respect this time limit to ensure there is a fair opportunity for others to speak
