There are several organizations in Kingston that offer the community sustainability related reports:
Sustainable Kingston Baseline Indicators Report
The purpose of the Sustainable Kingston Baseline Indicator Report is to present the most current status of each of the indicators identified within the Sustainable Kingston Plan. Where possible, the indicators have been benchmarked against either past performance and/or against comparable benchmark municipalities. This will allow Sustainable Kingston and the community as a whole to understand where Kingston is in its journey along its sustainability continuum and its vision of Kingston - Canada's Most Sustainable City.
Community Foundation of Kingston & Area Vital Signs Report
Vital Signs is an annual community checkup conducted by the Community foundations for Kingston & Area across our region. It is a report card on our community: its purpose is to help us recognize what our community is doing well and points to areas that need some improvement. The Vital Signs report follows guidelines set by Community Foundations of Canada which specify issue areas, and in some areas, "core indicators" that can be used in each community.
