Reservation Information

Enter your arrival and departure dates. Requests must be received more than 48 hours in advance of your arrival date. Any requests received after 5 p.m. EST will be processed the next day. If you wish to book more than three dates, you will need to submit an additional booking request form.

Preferences are taken into consideration during slip assignment, but not guaranteed.


  • Payment - First night’s deposit is required at the time of booking, for all stays.
  • Cancellations – First night’s deposit is refundable/transferable within the current season, if notice of cancellation is received 72 hours in advance of the arrival date. This deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable if cancellation is received less than 72 hours prior to 3 p.m. on the arrival date.
  • Check-out time - 11:00 a.m. daily.

Personal information, as defined by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA), including (but not limited to), name, address, opinions and comments, is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, and in accordance with MFIPPA, the Planning Act, and all other relevant legislation. Personal information is collected for the purpose of making a marina reservation through the website of the Corporation of the City of Kingston and will not be shared with other departments. Notice - Marina reservations

Marina season requests:
During the season, requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the date of your arrival. Unreserved spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

October – May 1 requests:
Once the marina has opened for the season, submitted requests will be processed in the order they were received. A member of our staff will contact you to secure your (non-refundable) first night's deposit. Questions? Call 613-546-4291 ext. 1800.
