The Neighbourhood Park Program at West Park has been moved due to park improvement work. Join us at Hudson Park, 959 Hudson Dr. Monday to Friday, 1-4 p.m. for Adventure Kids.
The 2019 Neighbourhood Park Program will run from July 2 to Aug 23.

The Neighbourhood Park Program provides free, drop-in recreational programming for everyone in the family. Programs will run for 8-weeks in the summer between July & August.

There are several different opportunities including:

Adventure Kids

Active and quiet games, arts and crafts, sports, special events and theme days for children ages 6-12. This program runs every weekday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. 

Registration forms should be given to the program leaders at your park location.

FAMJAM

Sports equipment,crafts and structured activities available for the entire family. This program runs every weekday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunrise & Sunset Drop-In Fitness

Low-impact FREE fitness classes for all ages.

Drop in for Sunrise Fitness 7:30-8:15 a.m. at:

  • Lake Ontario Park (bottom of stairs) Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Breakwater Park (Gord Downie Pier) Mondays and Wednesdays

Drop in for Sunset Fitness 6-6:45 p.m. at:

  • Rotary Park, 1280 Coverdale Dr., Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • City Park, 33 Bagot St., Mondays and Wednesdays
