Pets are not allowed inside the terminal building unless they are service animals or travelling pets. If you are travelling with a pet, they must be kept in a kennel at all times. Service animals must be on a leash.

Are pets allowed in the terminal?
Where are the smoking areas located?
Kingston Airport has one smoking area, located directly outside the terminal and at least 10 metres from the doors and ventilators. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the terminal, according to the City of Kingston's Smoking Bylaw.
Who do I contact if I need special assistance?
If you or someone you are flying with requires special assistance, we invite you to contact your airline with questions about available services and amenities. If you require assistance at the airport, reach out to Airport administration. Call 613-389-6404 from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., or submit a request using MyKingston.
