Notice of a Report to Public Meeting

Report Number: EITP-25-013
Purpose and Effect of the Report: An information report is being brought forward to the Environment Infrastructure and Transportation Policy Committee to start public consultation for the creation of a new Site Alteration By-Law. The report will go over several recommendations from staff including new permit processes, fee schemes and the alignment of the bylaw with current best practices.
The report is not bringing forward recommendations at this time and further public engagement will be conducted on a draft bylaw shortly after through get involved and public information sessions with specially affected community groups including the Reddendale neighborhood.
