Partial burn ban lifted in Kingston

The partial burn ban put into place on Sept. 5 has been lifted effective 8 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 3. 

While conditions no longer require a ban, an open-air fire permit if required for fires and can be obtained for free on the City of Kingston website

Please remember to follow all conditions on the permit to ensure safe burning practices.

The City of Kingston acknowledges that we are on the traditional homeland of the Anishinabek, Haudenosaunee, and the Huron-Wendat, and thanks these nations for their care and stewardship over this shared land.
