Public Service Announcement: Emergency training exercise taking place at YGK Airport on Nov. 4

On Tuesday, Nov. 4, the City of Kingston, YGK Airport, emergency services, and other partner organizations will be participating in a full-scale emergency training exercise at YGK Airport.

The public is asked to avoid this area during the day and refrain from calling emergency services if they see unusual activity at the airport.

The exercise is scheduled to begin in the morning and last into the afternoon.

Thank you for your cooperation.

The City of Kingston acknowledges that we are on the traditional homeland of the Anishinabek, Haudenosaunee, and the Huron-Wendat, and thanks these nations for their care and stewardship over this shared land.
