2026 Kingston Transit Accessibility Engagement Launches
Improving the accessibility of Kingston Transit benefits all transit users. In order to prioritize improvements and understand what’s working for our customers we engage each year with the community to ask for feedback.
You can let us know what you think through one of two ways:
- Complete a short survey on Get Involved Kingston before Oct. 12.
- Drop by INVISTA Centre transit stop Sept. 21 between 9 and 10:30 a.m. to chat with transit staff, ask questions and provide feedback.
We hope to hear from transit users, people with disabilities, and anyone else who may have experience with transit and thoughts about how to improve accessibility. Your time and feedback will be greatly appreciated as we plan for 2026.
