Celebrate Kingston’s best in design by voting for People’s Choice in the Livable City Design Awards

Kingston residents are invited to vote for the Livable City Design Awards: People’s Choice Award. Voters can select the project they believe best demonstrates excellence in urban design and architecture while making a positive contribution to Kingston’s image and livability.

Voting is easy: head to the Livable City Design Awards page on Get Involved Kingston, review the list of nominees, and cast your vote by October 23.

“This year we have 23 nominees for the People’s Choice Award, and we encourage everyone to review the nominees and let us know which project is their favourite,” said Sukriti Agarwal, Manager of Policy Planning, City of Kingston. “Recognition through these awards is also encouraging for the many people who play a role in creating great places, highlighting the value of thoughtful, community-oriented design that enhances public life and helps create a more vibrant, livable Kingston.”

In addition to an Award of Excellence and an Award of Merit, the People’s Choice Award will be presented at a ceremony later this fall, details to be announced.
