Compton Park play structure closed until further notice
The City routinely inspects municipal playgrounds to identify maintenance and safety issues and to determine when repairs, maintenance or replacement are needed. Following an inspection at Compton Park, issues were identified on the play structure that required the play structure to be closed until further notice. Compton Park remains open for public use. The City understands that the playground is an important recreational space for local families and that this closure may be disappointing for residents.
Safety fencing has been installed around the play structure. Please do not enter the enclosed area or use the play structure during this time.
