Final property taxes for 2026 are due on June 30

Kingston property owners are reminded that final property taxes are due on Tuesday, June 30. Property taxes are  an important source of revenue for cities, enabling  the delivery of essential services.

Residents who have not yet received their bill should contact the  City  by calling 613-546-0000 Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.  Failure to receive your bill does not excuse you from payment or from penalties for late payment.

Property owners now have access to MyTax, the City’s online tax portal. By registering your property with MyTax, you can view tax account information anytime and sign up to receive future bills electronically. Visit  MyKingston.ca  with your access code (found on  previous  tax bills) to register.

View your assessment anytime at  CityofKingston.ca/Assessment. To learn more about property taxes,  including payment options,  visit  CityofKingston.ca/Tax.

The City of Kingston acknowledges that we are on the traditional homeland of the Anishinabek, Haudenosaunee, and the Huron-Wendat, and thanks these nations for their care and stewardship over this shared land.
