Notice of Intention to Pass a By-Law to Name a Proposed Private Road at 186 Hillendale Avenue, City of Kingston, Trailblazers Lane
Pursuant to the City’s Public Notice Policy, take notice that the Council of The Corporation of the City of Kingston intends to consider naming a new private road ‘Trailblazers Lane’. The private road would be located on the property municipally known as 186 Hillendale Ave., which is located south of the intersection of Princess St. and Hillendale Ave. The private road would be used to provide vehicular access to a new residential development which is currently under site plan control (City File Number: D11-010-2025).
City Council will consider this matter at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, at 7 p.m. in the Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Ontario St., Kingston.
Anyone wishing to be heard regarding these matters should contact the City Clerk or provide written comments before 4 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 15, 2025.
