Take notice that The Corporation of the City of Kingston intends to permanently close, declare surplus and dispose of a municipal highway legally described as: Lane, Plan D24, City of Kingston, Abutting Lots 11 to 13 on Plan D24; Kingston; The County of Frontenac; Being all of PIN 36033-0037(LT) (the “Subject Property”) pursuant to the City’s Real Property Acquisition and Disposition Policy and Procedure, Public Notice Policy and Laneway Policy By-law 91-272.
Council of The Corporation of the City of Kingston will consider passage of a by-law to permanently close the highway legally described as: Lane, Plan D24, City of Kingston, Abutting Lots 11 to 13 on Plan D24; Kingston; The County of Frontenac; Being all of PIN 36033-0037(LT), shown as the Subject Property on the attached map during a Public Meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 7 p.m. at Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Ontario St.
Council of The Corporation of the City of Kingston also intends to declare surplus and dispose of the highway legally described as: Lane, Plan D24, City of Kingston, Abutting Lots 11 to 13 on Plan D24; Kingston; The County of Frontenac; Being all of PIN 36033-0037(LT), shown as the Subject Property on the attached map during a Public Meeting on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 7 p.m. at Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Ontario Street.

In the event that the matter is deferred, no further public notice will be given.
