Public Notice of the City of Kingston’s Housing & Homelessness Advisory Committee Public Participation Meeting regarding the City’s 10 Year Housing & Homelessness Plan 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Kingston’s Housing & Homelessness Advisory Committee will be hosting a Public Participation Meeting on September 17, 2026 from 1- 3 p.m. This meeting will be held in Meeting Room 1, Kingston Frontenac Public Library Central Branch, 130 Johnson Street.  

Written submissions will be accepted at the following address: Office of the City Clerk, Iain Sullivan, Committee Clerk, 216 Ontario Street., Kingston, ON K7L 2Z3, or by email at isullivan@cityofkingston.ca  

Public Participation Meetings are defined in Sections 6.8 to 6.15 of the Council Procedure By-Law, 2021-41. Members of the public are able to attend the meeting in-person.
