Update: Extension for Transit Service Review Public Consultation
Since launching our current phase of the Kingston Transit Service review, many community members and transit users have participated in the public consultation process, including attending our events on April 15 and 23 as well as completing the survey.
We are so grateful for the feedback received so far, including questions, comments, and community participation.
Based on the questions and feedback we have received, we have decided to extend this phase of public consultation to be able to better address to topics and ideas raised.
Survey open longer
The survey, which is currently open on Get Involved Kingston, is being extended to May 15th, 2026.
Rescheduling Rideau Heights Consultation Event
The next in-person public consultation event was scheduled to take place April 29 at the Rideau Heights Community Centre but is being rescheduled and will take place in May instead at the same location. We are in the process of confirming a date and will share details about the new date once it has been finalized.
This event is being rescheduled so that we can provide additional information to better answer the questions and comments we have been receiving.
If you haven’t yet, please sign up for project updates on Get Involved Kingston.
