Looking for fun ways to celebrate Family Day? Visit our recreation facilities and enjoy programming for the whole family all day long.
When and where?
On Monday Feb. 16, 2026 at various City Recreation Facilities.
Facilities open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.:
- Artillery Park Aquatic Centre
- Rideau Heights Community Centre
- Kingston East Community Centre
- INVISTA Centre
*The Fitness Centre at KECC is open 8 a.m. to 7:45 p.m.

All activities require pre-registration through our Recreation Portal as there may be no or limited drop-in spots available.
