Temporary Noise Exemption Request – NE-013-2026

The City of Kingston has received a request from RMC, for a temporary noise exemption for their 150th Anniversary Gala to be held at the Slush Puppie Place located at 1 The Tragically Hip Way

The requested exemption date and times are:

Sept. 19 2026, from 5:30 to 11:45 p.m.

Temporary Noise Exemption Request – NE-021-2026

The City of Kingston has received a request from The Belvedere Hotel for a temporary noise exemption for an event to be held at 141 King St. E. on. The event is a dinner hosted by The Belvedere & The Everly.

Date and Time:

Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026 from 5:30 to 9 p.m.

Nature of Noise:

The evening will feature live background music at a moderate volume to create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere for guests while they enjoy dinner. The music will be intended solely as ambient entertainment

Temporary Noise Exemption Request – NE-026-2026

The City of Kingston has received a request for a temporary noise exemption for a wedding.
Date and Time:

Saturday Sept. 26, 2026 at 4:30 p.m. to Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026 at 1 a.m.

Nature of Noise:

There will be approximately 100 guests. Noise will be from voices/talking along with DJ playing music throughout the evening.
