How to use DASH

DASH (Development and Services Hub) is our online portal for submitting and reviewing development applications. It's designed to provide our customers and community with faster and more accurate information. 

With DASH, you can register as a user and easily submit and manage your planning applications online. Here's what you can do with DASH:  

    • Build and save your project team list
    • Upload all your application documents, including technical studies  
    • Utilize interactive mapping to verify property details  
    • Make online payments for any required fees to ensure efficient processing

You can also complete a survey through DASH, or in person. As well as call us and speak with a representative. 

I can’t activate my account, what should I do? 

When you sign up, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, you can send an email to or call 613-546-4291 ext. 3280 (Building Services) or ext. 3180 (Planning Services) to activate your account manually.
