The City operates one indoor pool at the Artillery Park Aquatic Centre and an outdoor pool at Tomlinson Aqua Park that's open from June until the beginning of September. We also have a several splash pads located throughout the City.
Various swimming programs are available throughout the year for all ages, abilities and levels.

Aqua Focus Groups
This small group is open for individuals looking to strengthen and train their body in warm water to help relieve many aches, pains and/or to recover from an injury. The instructor will work with each individual based on their needs and will provide individual guidance and clarification on the execution of exercises. Aqua Personal Training
Providing customized workout programs while utilizing the weightlessness of water. Our trainers will work with you to meet your goals whether they are sport specific, fitness or therapeutic related exercises. These are also helpful for individuals being prescribed hydrotherapy by their physicians. Training may be held in Lap or Leisure pool depending on client's needs. Contact: 613-546-4291 ext. 1706.
Recommended for individuals who suffer from chronic conditions such as arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis and Parkinson's disease that would benefit from warm water movement and exercise. Takes place in the warm therapeutic pool.
Recreational opportunities must be accessible and affordable to all who wish to make use of what the City has to offer to lead full lives. The City's Municipal Fee Assistance program helps ensure that cost is no barrier to participation.
